2. Description of Service

Sanity provides AI-powered synthetic image dataset generation and auto-labeling for computer vision applications. The Service generates images and bounding box annotations in YOLO, COCO, and Pascal VOC formats.

3. Pricing and Payment

The Service operates on a prepaid wallet system. You purchase credits in advance and are charged per image generated. Failed image generations or labelings are automatically refunded to your wallet. Current pricing is available on our homepage.

4. Ownership of Generated Content

You retain full ownership and commercial rights to all datasets generated through the Service. You may use generated datasets for any lawful purpose including commercial model training, academic research, and product development.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or violates the rights of others. We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate this policy.

6. Data Privacy

Your generated datasets are private to your account. We do not use your specific datasets to train our models. See our Privacy Policy for full details.

7. Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any damages arising from the use of generated datasets, including but not limited to model training outcomes or labeling accuracy.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
